When would I receive my order?

We process most orders in 1-2 business days. Add in the transit time to your location. We do not guarantee the transit time, as it is beyond our control.

What delivery options are available?

We use UPS as our primary small packages shipper. For freight shipments (pallets or extra-large or heavy boxes ), we use UCL, JSA, H&K, or customer’s preference. If you prefer other shipping carriers such as FedEx, USPS, DHL, note it on your order or contact us. We work with these companies as well.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge you the actual shipping costs by the carrier. We do not add extra fees for handling. The actual costs are dependent upon the size and weight of the items and the distance.
Ground shipping is the most cost-saving way of shipping. If you need your order in a rush, then it will cost more for faster delivery options such as 2nd day air.
For large orders over $1500, freight shipments are the most economical way. It typically costs as low as $100 to the areas near NYC, $200 to Florida, etc. These rates are subject to change by the freight companies.

Where can JWF Wholesale ship to?

We can ship most* products to the following areas:

  • Contiguous United States
  • Alaska & Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories

*Certain items have shipping restrictions that may limit where they can be shipped. Please check the product page for any listed limitations.

For international orders, we recommend you use a freight forwarding company.

I placed my order! When will it be shipped?

Most orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. For freight shipments, we schedule a pick-up with the freight company as soon as possible.


If your order contains various items, they may be shipped separately at no extra cost due to the different processing times. In this case, you will receive a shipping notification for each shipment.

During the Holiday season, November and December, orders may be delayed 1-2 business days due to high volume. We recommend you order early to avoid delay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as your order has not been shipped, you can contact us to make any change or cancel it. A cancellation fee may apply. For more details, check out our return and cancellation policy.

Do you offer international shipping?

We recommend you use a freight forwarding company as they are experienced in international shipping.
