Return & Cancellation Policy

Return of Product: Contact us within 14 days of shipment for a Return Authorization (RA) Number before returning to us. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RA number. Please fill out the form below. We will review it and reply back within 24 hours. Once an RA# is provided, customer must return products within 7 days of the time from the RA being provided.

No returned products will be accepted without an authorized RA number. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. At our discretion, a 20% restocking may be assessed for the returned order.

Returned product will not be accepted if the following occurs:
Product returned is incomplete or defective.
You do not have the original order number or receipt.
Returned items have a different serial number from what was originally sent.
Items that are opened and not in original packaging.

Seasonal and holidays products will not be accepted for return 20 days prior to the holiday and season. For example, Valentine’s Day is on February 14. The last day we accept a return for Valentine’s Day products is January 26.

Shipping charges: Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges of the returned products are the responsibility of the customer. We will match the shipping method and pay for shipping charges on replacement or product exchange.

Damaged Shipments: If your shipment arrives damaged: You may be required to notate the damage with the carrier’s delivery record in accordance with the carrier’s policy. In case of this, take photos of the damaged shipment and save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify JWF Wholesale Group immediately, through the RMA form, with details of the damage sustained.


Canceled Order Before Shipment Has Occurred JWF Wholesale Group Inc reserves the right to charge up to a 10% cancellation fee if the order has not been shipped and you decide to cancel for any reason at or up to the date and time of shipment. This is to cover our costs associated with processing the order.

To avoid a cancellation fee, contact us as soon as possible.
