How I know if products are in stock? Can I get a quote for an order?

You can send us a purchase order to sales@jwfwholesale.com with a list of item SKUs and quantity needed for each item; we will check all items with our warehouse staff and confirm with you. If you also need a shipping quote, make sure your shipping address is included in the purchase order.

How do I get more product details to make a purchase decision

Please contact us, we can send you more product images and provide all the extra details you requested.

Do you offer Amazon FBA Service?

No, We do not prep and ship products to Amazon FBA for customers.

Do I need a Resellers Permit or business license to purchase products from JWF Wholesale?

You do not need a reseller’s permit or business license. You need to meet our minimum order quantity of $200 for us to accept and process your orders.

What payment options are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards as payment, including ( MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express). We also accept Paypal payments, wire transfers, check, or Zelle. For local delivery, we also accept cash as payment.

How long do orders take to be processed and shipped?

Order typically takes 1-2 business days to process ready for shipment. The shipment time is based on the shipping options selected.

We offer free local delivery with our company truck for NYC areas customers’ orders over $1000. Please get in touch with us for the delivery schedule and details.

What is the JWF Wholesale Return Policy?

JWF Wholesale will accept a return no later than 14 days from the date of shipment. We will need to assign a return authorization number before we can take any return back, and all products must be back in their original packaging. Please get in touch with customer support to get an assigned return authorization number for the return. Please note returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Can I order by phone?

Yes, but please get in touch with us in advance if possible. We can do Facetime or other video chats so you can see each product’s details.

What are the shipping methods?

We mainly ship our packages with UPS and USPS. We use UCL, JSA, H&K. For pallet shipping, and we use our company truck for local delivery.

How do I apply a coupon code to my order?

A coupon code can be added at the checkout process of your order. Click on ” Click here to enter your code” on the checkout page.

How to create an account?

On the top of each page, there is Log In /REGISTER; click on it to register an account.

Do you offer drop shipping service?

We can do wholesale drop shipping. As long as the order meets our MOQ requirement of $200, we can drop ship to the address of your choice.
